This full-time night role coordinates clinical activities, supervises service-line staff, and partners with the health care team to drive patient outcomes and operational success. Minimum requirements include an Associate Degree in Nursing, RN license, and 2–3 years pediatrics RN experience, with BLS/CPR, ACLS, and PALS certifications.

Job Summary

Full Time, Nights

Up to $20,000 SOB for qualified candidates, paid over 24 months.

The Assistant Nurse Manager is a registered nurse who, using critical thinking skills, coordinates the clinical activities within the unit and service line as needed and collaborates with other members of the health care team. She/he directly and indirectly supervises the care rendered by all service line staff.
