St. Mary's Medical Center in West Palm Beach is seeking a Registered Nurse for night shifts on a per diem basis. You will provide safe, quality care using the nursing process and coordinate patient activities with a compassionate, patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Registered Nurse program.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse.
• Basic Life Support (BLS)/CPR required; ACLS within 180 days for OB track; NRP and AWHONN courses may be required.

• Assess physical, psychosocial, educational and growth needs of the patient.
• Develop a written plan of care using assessment data.

The Registered Nurse, using critical thinking skills, coordinates and provides safe, quality care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Assists in organizing patient care activities as assigned.

Organization Description

St. Marys Medical Center (SMMC), part of the Palm Beach Health Network, is a 420-bed acute care hospital in West Palm Beach. The hospital has been serving Palm Beach County and the Treasure Coast for more than 80 years.SMMC is a Level 1 Trauma Center, a state-designated Pediatric Trauma Referral Center, certified Comprehensive Stoke Center, and has a level III NICU.
