St. Marys Medical Center in West Palm Beach is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager to coordinate clinical activities and supervise service line staff. You will lead with critical thinking to support pediatric care and collaborate with the health care team.

The role is full-time, nights, with a potential up to $20,000 SOB paid over 24 months. A BSN is preferred and pediatric experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate Degree in Nursing.
• Experience: 2–3 years RN experience in Pediatrics.
• License: Registered Nurse (RN).
• Certifications: BLS/CPR; ACLS (PICU only); PALS.
