Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in nursing home administration or long-term care leadership.
• Strong knowledge of skilled nursing and long-term care operations.
• Massachusetts Nursing Home Administrator License or eligibility preferred/required.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the nursing home and ensure efficient facility performance.
• Lead department heads and facility staff with clear direction.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations governing skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.
