Job summary

Penn State Health Holy Spirit Medical Center is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager for the Telemetry–Medical Surgical 3 unit in Camp Hill, PA. You will partner with the Nurse Manager to assure smooth department operations and lead staff development in a high‑acuity setting.

Requirements include a BSN or ASN with BSN within two years, three years of related nursing experience, and an active RN license with BLS prior to orientation end.

Qualifications

• BSN or ASN with BSN to be obtained within two years of hire.
• Three years of related nursing experience.
• Current RN license in state of employment or multistate license.
• AHA BLS obtained prior to end of orientation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Nurse Manager to assure department operations, including staffing and practice standards.
• Oversee unit development, interviewing, hiring, and supervision of staff, and staff education.
• Assist with developing and monitoring the budget, policies, and procedures.
