Job summary

Main Line Health is seeking a Nurse Manager for the 3C Telemetry/Oncology unit at Bryn Mawr Hospital. You will guide a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care across a broad range of medical conditions, promote patient safety, and foster a supportive environment for patients and staff.

As part of a unified leadership team across MLH campuses, you will drive change initiatives, mentor nurses, and contribute to strategic planning and development aligned with MLH's mission and values.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of clinical telemetry nursing experience.
• Prior management, supervisor, charge, coordinator, or related leadership experience required.
• BSN preferred; MSN or related Masters degree highly preferred.
• PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.
• Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.
• Oncology certification or Leadership certification (NE-BC/NEA-BC) desired.

Responsibilities

• Guide and support the 28-bed Telemetry unit, leading a multidisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, high-quality care.
• Lead change initiatives focused on patient safety and employee satisfaction across the unit.
• Act as an integral part of hospital/system strategic planning and development, guiding staff through organizational changes.

Experience:

1. 3-5 years of clinical experience in telemetry nursing.

Licensures/Certifications:
