• Manage staff scheduling, payroll, and communication; handle staffing needs, overtime, and performance reviews.
• Evaluate staff productivity, conduct performance evaluations, and recommend improvements.

Qualifications & Skills

• RN license required.
• Education: Nursing diploma/associate’s degree; bachelor's preferred.
• Experience: 2-5 years; 5-10 years preferred.
• Charge or leadership experience is a plus.
  

Work Environment: Shifts are four 10-hour nights (11PM-7AM).

Additional: Preferred candidates may have some supervisory experience and higher education. The role emphasizes leadership, patient care, and operational management skills.
