Cross Country Healthcare seeks an Assistant Nurse Manager for an evening leadership role in New Britain, CT. You will support daily clinical operations, staff development, and quality patient care on a high-acuity unit.

The position is full-time, with an evening schedule (Mon-Fri, 2:30 PM–11:00 PM) and pay ranging from $47.50 to $73.00 per hour plus benefits. Active CT RN license and BLS required, with 3–5 years of clinical nursing and 2+ years in Charge Nurse or Preceptor roles.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Connecticut or a Compact State
• Current AHA BLS certification
• 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience
• 2+ years of Charge Nurse or Preceptor experience
• Med Surg, Stepdown, Progressive Care, or LTACH experience
