Cross Country Search seeks an Assistant Nurse Manager in Hartford, CT for a full-time night leadership role aligning satellite campus operations, staffing, scheduling, and high-quality patient care.

The ideal candidate will manage teams during evening and overnight hours, oversee staffing and clinical operations, and drive quality initiatives while supporting frontline nurses.

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut RN license or multistate compact RN license eligible to practice in Connecticut
• 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience and 2+ years of leadership experience as a Charge Nurse, Supervisor, or similar role

Responsibilities

• Assist Nurse Manager with satellite campus operations, staffing, scheduling, and clinical care
• Provide leadership and support to frontline nursing teams during evening and overnight shifts
• Oversee daily staffing, clinical operations, quality initiatives, and patient care continuity

Job description

Salary Range: $47.50 – $73.65/hr ($98,800 – $153,200 annually)

Location: Hartford, CT

Shift: 6:00 PM – 7:00 AM, 5–8 or 4–10 hour shifts; primarily nights
