Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) to lead nursing teams, coordinate staffing, and support quality and safety outcomes. You will work with Nurse leadership to implement the nursing strategic plan and participate in unit and hospital decision‑making.

The role requires a registered nurse with strong communication and collaboration skills, a track record in leadership, and commitment to patient‑centered care in a large health system in New Jersey.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years recent nursing experience in respective specialty.
• RN license in New Jersey and ongoing professional development.
• Ability to lead, communicate effectively and partner with Nurse leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate staffing and throughput; oversee staffing plans.
• Lead quality and safety initiatives; participate in performance improvement.
• Conduct staff evaluations and support unit orientation and competency.
