• Support the organization in executing the nursing strategic plan and priorities.
• Participate in unit and hospital decision-making.
• Provide operational and administrative support to Nurse leadership.
• Coordinate staffing and support quality and safety outcomes.
• Assist with recruitment and retention strategies.
• Participate in unit goal creation reflective of hospital goals.
• Lead or participate in evidence-based practice projects or research.
• Resolve conflicts and facilitate constructive resolutions.
• Prepare and conduct periodic performance evaluations for staff.
• Lead or conduct root cause analysis investigations.
