Hackensack Meridian Health Inc. is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM), a registered nurse who combines strong communication, collaboration and authentic leadership to support nursing priorities and patient care excellence.
The ANM provides operational and administrative support to Nurse leadership, coordinates staffing, throughput, quality and safety outcomes, staff competency, hiring and corrective actions, and drives unit efficiency in alignment with our mission and values.
Competenze
- Minimum an associate in Nursing or diploma of Nursing degree.
- BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three (3) years of hire.
- Minimum 3 years recent nursing experience in respective specialty or equivalent.
Mansioni
- Coordinate staffing, throughput, quality and safety outcomes, staff competency, hiring, clinical and staff corrective actions, unit efficiency, quality care and other departmental activities to support the mission, vision and values of Hackensack Meridian Health.
- Provide operational and administrative support to Nurse leadership.
- Assist in unit and hospital decision-making and provide meaningful recognition to others.
