Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health seeks a Supervisor - Nursing (ANM) to lead nursing teams, coordinate staffing, and uphold quality and safety. Collaborate with Nurse Manager to translate strategic plans into practice and recognize staff excellence.

Required BSN, at least 3 years RN experience in a relevant specialty, NJ RN license, BLS/CPR, and Magnet certification within two years. Internal candidates may apply.

Qualifications

• BSN required; exceptions for internal candidates with BSN in progress but must be obtained within 3 years.
• Minimum 3 years of recent nursing experience in respective specialty or equivalent.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing patient needs, accountability, teamwork, ongoing education, and delivering high quality care.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing and unit throughput to support patient flow and outcomes.
• Ensure quality care, safety, and staff competency; manage hiring and corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with Nurse Manager and leadership to implement nursing practice and staffing plans.
