Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) is required.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Support the nurse manager with supervision of RN caregivers and nursing support personnel.
• Drive OKRs and ensure fall precautions are in place.
• Provide staff support and lead huddles.
• Conduct patient rounding and perform service recovery.
• Optimize workflow to enhance patient care and experience.
• Interview, hire, and train caregivers.
• Provide input into performance evaluations and feedback.
• Make personnel action recommendations (promotions/transfers).
• Supervise admissions and conduct assessments of patients' needs.
• Evaluate and document patient progress.
