Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) at Jersey Shore University Medical Center. This RN leader coordinates staffing, supports throughput, quality and safety outcomes, and collaborates with nurse leadership to drive patient care excellence.

The ANM role emphasizes communication, staff development, and operational support in a fast-paced hospital setting, with emphasis on teamwork and delivering high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Jersey.
• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• BLS/CPR and ACLS certifications required.
• 3+ years of nursing experience.
• 2+ years cath lab nursing experience preferred; ED/ICU experience.
• Assistant manager or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
