Job summary

Stand Together Ventures Lab is seeking a nurse-unit leader for a 24-bed GYN Oncology unit in St. Louis. The role encompasses moderate to high acuity care including chemotherapy, surgery, radiation, symptom and pain management, palliative, and hospice support.

You will coordinate patient care, develop collaborative care plans, and ensure policy-compliant documentation while guiding staffing, training, and departmental goals to maintain safety and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• BSN and RN license are required.
• 2-5 years of nursing experience; supervisory experience under 2 years is acceptable.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential.
