Requirements include an Associate's Degree with Florida RN licensure; BSN preferred and a plan to obtain within three years. Minimum 3–5 years of acute-care RN experience, strong communication, and knowledge of Joint Commission

• Provide supervision, clinical expertise, and leadership to nursing staff.

• Participate in performance improvement and quality initiatives.
• Assist with department budgets and financial management.
• Promote excellent customer service and patient experience.
• Support delivery of safe, high-quality patient-centered care.
