• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• New hires effective June 14, 2017, must obtain a BSN within three (3) years of hire or transfer
• Employees hired/transferred between August 1, 2013, and June 13, 2017, must follow the requirements outlined in their offer letter and job description
• Employees hired/transferred prior to August 1, 2013, are grandfathered
• Preferred: BSN or Bachelor’s Degree in a related healthcare field

Licensure & Certifications

• ACLS, PALS, NRP, AWHONN FHM, and/or STABLE required based on assigned department and within the designated timeframe
• Professional certification required within two (2) years of hire or transfer, or within the specified timeframe once certification eligibility requirements are met

Required Experience

• 3–5 years of experience as a practicing RN in an acute-care setting
