Job summary

Intermedia Group Inc. in Baltimore, Maryland, is seeking a Staff RN for Med/Surg, CVICU and ICU assignments. Under the unit manager, you will provide direct clinical patient care, assess, plan and implement age-appropriate care on a per-shift basis, and help supervise staff as delegated.

The position requires Maryland RN license, BSN, 2+ years Med/Surg, BLS; ACLS/NIHSS preferred; CVICU and ICU experience essential. The Neuroscience Unit described includes trauma, stroke and other neuro cases.

Qualifications

Unit Summary

The Hospital’s Neuroscience Unit is a 36-bed telemetry unit caring for neurology and neurosurgery patients, including traumatic brain injury (TBI), stroke, seizure, and epilepsy cases.

Job Summary

Under the direction of the unit manager, this role provides direct clinical patient care. The role will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct age‑appropriate clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and unit level. The role is responsible for supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse License - Current Maryland license
• 2 Years or more of relevant Med/Surg Nursing experiencerequired
• Bachelor's of Science in Nursing required
