Job summary

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the State of Ohio is required.
• BSN degree from an accredited program.
• Current AHA BLS for healthcare providers or obtained within 90 days of hire.
• At least 3 years of RN experience.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal/written communication and delegation skills.
• Ability to interact with diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and evaluates all unit activities impacting patient care delivery.
• Holds self and staff accountable for identification, evaluation, documentation, and intervention of patients an needs to ensure quality and cost‑effective care.
• Supports addiction medicine and behavioral health unit operations in collaboration with nursing leadership.
