Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Current registered nurse licensure in the State of Ohio.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification or obtained within 90 days of hire.
• At least 3 years of experience as a registered nurse.
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal, verbal/written communication and delegation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of cultural, ethnic, racial, and socioeconomic backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and evaluates all unit activities impacting patient care delivery.
• Holds self and staff accountable for identification, evaluation, documentation, and intervention of patients' needs.
• Supports addiction medicine and behavioral health unit operations in collaboration with nurse and behavioral health managers.
