Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) to join our nursing leadership team. You will coordinate staffing, support throughput, and drive quality and safety outcomes across the unit.

The ANM collaborates with the Nurse Manager, mentors frontline staff, ensures policy adherence, and leads initiatives to improve patient care. New Jersey RN license, BSN required, ACLS, BLS/CPR, and 3+ years of nursing experience are essential.

Qualifications

• RN license in New Jersey required
• BSN is mandatory; MSN preferred
• AHA BLS/CPR certification required
• ACLS certification required
• National specialty certification preferred; must obtain within 9–12 months
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience; cath lab experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing and unit operations.
• Support throughput, quality and safety outcomes.
• Provide operational and administrative support to Nurse leadership.
• Lead with professionalism and role modeling.
• Adhere to organizational competencies and standards of behavior.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
