Qualifications

• A minimum of an associate in Nursing or diploma of Nursing degree.
• BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three (3) years of hire.
• Minimum 3 years recent nursing experience in respective specialty.
• The ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing patient needs, an accountability to improve lives, teamwork, and patient focus.

Responsibilities

• Participate with recruitment and retention strategies.
• Assist with unit huddles and leader rounding with employees.
• Participates with unit goal creation reflective of hospital goals and mission.
• Participate or lead evidenced-based practice projects or research.
• Unit-based or hospital-based shared governance committees or councils.
• Resolve conflicts and facilitate constructive resolutions and positive outcomes.
