The ANM is responsible for staff development, performance appraisal, and ensuring compliant, cost-effective care while maintaining patient safety

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of nursing experience with the most appropriate patient population served by the care team.

Responsibilities

• Administers direct nursing care to patients and serves as clinical resource and role model of clinical excellence.
• Leads a positive work environment and collaborates with the Nurse Manager to drive quality initiatives and performance improvement.
• Manages staffing plans, recruitment, retention, and performance evaluations in partnership with the Nurse Manager.
• Oversees patient care outcomes, unit operations, and collaboration with other departments to ensure efficient operations.
