Job summary

Providence St. Peter Hospital seeks an Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) to lead clinical and operational activities on assigned shifts. The ANM supports the director in planning, organizing, directing and evaluating services, and mentors caregivers to maintain high-quality patient care.

The role requires a BSN, WA RN license and BLS certification; leadership experience and cross-shift presence are valued as part of our team approach to patient-focused care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) required; BSN not strictly mandatory for hire but encouraged.
• Washington Registered Nurse license required upon hire.
• American Heart Association BLS certification required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide managerial presence across all shifts and oversee clinical and non-clinical staff.
• Ensure compliance with nursing standards, policies and regulatory requirements.
• Coach, mentor and collaborate to deliver high-quality patient care.
