Job summary

BSN required with 2 years nursing experience; RN license, BCLS, ACLS within 1 year, and PALS as applicable. MSN preferred. Lead, mentor and ensure high‑quality care in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• BSN or BS with two years nursing experience.
• MSN preferred.
• Active RN licensure and required certifications (BLS/ACLS/PALS as applicable).

Responsibilities

• Lead with Nurse Manager to staff and meet goals by developing standards.
• Facilitate orientation, credentialing, and ongoing professional development.
• Collaborate across disciplines and communicate effectively.
• Promote safety and protect patient rights and privacy.
• Assist in budget planning and resource management.
• Support shared governance and staff development.
