Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking a Hospital Operations Manager to oversee staffing, scheduling, compliance, and staff development within an acute medicine unit. You will develop plans to improve staff performance, manage audits, and ensure quality patient care.

Responsibilities include managing staffing, payroll, onboarding, budgets, regulatory readiness, reports, and collaboration with leadership to drive clinical and service excellence.

Qualifications

• RN license required or currently licensed as a Registered Nurse.
• Nursing Diploma/ADN/BSN or higher.
• 2–5 years of relevant supervisory/leadership experience.
