Qualifications

Job description

This position supports the operational functions of a hospital’s acute medicine unit, overseeing staffing, scheduling, and compliance to ensure high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include managing staff scheduling, developing staff development plans, conducting audits and ensuring regulatory readiness, and leading service recovery efforts. The role involves preparing reports, analyzing trends, and implementing corrective actions related to compliance, patient outcomes, and operational issues.

Key Duties:
  • Manage staffing, payroll, and scheduling to meet operational goals

Qualifications & Skills:
