The Assistant Nurse Manager Cardiac Procedural Services will join a nationally respected, mission-driven health system within a modern 300+ bed acute care hospital. The Cath Lab and Cardiac Procedural Services unit provides comprehensive interventional cardiology and electrophysiology care, allowing the Cath Lab Assistant Nurse Manager to coordinate high-acuity cases with speed and safety. Multiple dedicated procedural suites, advanced hemodynamic monitoring, structural heart interventions, and rapid STEMI response pathways support an environment where the Cath Lab Assistant Nurse Manager advances excellence. Integrated pre- and post-procedural care, including PICA, supports seamless patient flow under the direction of the Cath Lab Assistant Nurse Manager.

Reporting to the Nurse Manager Cath Lab, the RN Assistant Nurse Manager Cardiac Procedural Services works alongside a supportive leadership team, engaged charge nurses, and a diverse interprofessional group of technologists, APPs, and cardiology providers. This Interventional Cardiology Assistant Nurse Manager leads quality, safety, and patient experience initiatives while mentoring and developing clinical talent. The Interventional Cardiology Assistant Nurse Manager also partners on policy revisions, accreditation readiness, and practice councils to maintain top-tier outcomes.
