Job summary

3V Company is seeking an organized Assistant Project Manager to support national architectural millwork projects with a focus on financial institution accounts. You will assist across all project phases, manage documentation, contracts, and schedules, and coordinate with cross-functional teams and clients.

Preferred candidates have experience in millwork/retail interiors, knowledge of shop drawings, and proactive, growth-minded thinking.

Qualifications

College degree or 3–4 years in PM role.
Experience with PM software such as Procore, preferably proficient in Smartsheets.
Knowledge of the Project Life Cycle including planning, execution and close out.
Experience managing project schedules and customer relations.
Familiarity with contracts, COIs, invoicing and billing.
Spanish fluency is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist in Project Management and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
Follow communication plan for projects, including reporting.
Own the project documentation once kicked off, including maintaining drawings/specifications and folder structure.
Receive, file and acknowledge updated documents; communicate updates internally.
Assist with contract management, COIs, invoicing, billing and customer relations.
Manage the project schedule and work back schedule; ensure deliverables meet requirements.
Assist with the close out process.
