Qualifications

• BS or higher in construction-related field is preferred; willingness to learn on the job.
• Solid understanding of architectural drawings and construction documents.
• Strong time and project management skills; excellent communication abilities.
• Familiarity with common office software (MS Office) and digital drawing tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor projects to meet client expectations and on-time delivery.
• Serve as a liaison among production, general contractors, designers, and end users.
• Perform site visits and connect customer needs with production.
• Review construction documents and contracts; coordinate multiple jobs at varying stages.
• Understand P&L concepts and assist with financial reviews; order materials as needed.
• Create sample packages for customers and support the Senior Project Manager and team.
• Other duties as assigned.
