Qualifications

• 5+ years in a supervisory/management role in a manufacturing accounting environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business; CMA and/or MBA; CPA preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills.
• Experience in ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• CMA and/or MBA; CPA preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; time management and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate financial and management reporting, internally and externally.
• Provide financial leadership to drive cost-effective decisions and strategy.
• Lead analyses for operating and capital projects to optimize earnings.
• Foster a cost and profit improvement environment across operations.
• Coordinate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close and reporting per deadlines.
• Oversee forecasting and budgeting processes for the site.
• Ensure results reflect operational performance and GAAP compliance.
• Maintain internal controls audited and compliant with regulations.
• Support accounting with coaching, organization, and task delegation.
