Qualifications

• 5+ years in a supervisory/management role in a manufacturing accounting environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business; CMA/MBA preferred.
• Strong Excel and ERP (SAP) experience; CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate financial and management reporting (monthly, quarterly, yearly).
• Provide financial leadership to optimize costs and drive profitability.
• Lead analyses for operating and capital projects to improve performance and earnings.
• Coordinate month-end/quarter-end/year-end closes and forecasts/budgets for the site.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and internal controls; support audits.
