Job summary

Timberlab Laminators in Millersburg, PA seeks a Controller to lead all accounting and financial operations across its multi-site manufacturing business. You'll partner with operations leadership to drive profitability, improve processes, and ensure accurate reporting under U.S.

GAAP. The ideal candidate has deep cost accounting expertise, BOM and ERP proficiency (SAP S/4HANA preferred), and a track record of building scalable financial processes while guiding a team toward continuous improvement

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
Minimum 5 years of manufacturing accounting and cost accounting experience.
Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing operations.
Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles including standard costing and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

Lead all accounting and financial reporting for Timberlab Laminators’ multi-site manufacturing operations.
Oversee month-end close, with timely and accurate financial statements.
Prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements and analyses.
Manage manufacturing cost accounting, standard costing, and inventory valuation.
Develop costing methodologies, BOM accuracy, and data controls.
Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure cost accuracy.
Lead audits and maintain internal controls and audit readiness.
