The Assistant Men's Soccer Coach is responsible for assisting the Head Coach in implementing and directing all phases of a competitive NCAA Division I Soccer program in a manner that upholds the philosophy and objectives of the Department of Athletics and the University. A successful candidate for Assistant Coach will assist with essential coaching duties including but not limited to on-field coaching, teaching, skill development, scouting of opponents, and practice planning. The Assistant Coach coordinates office tasks such as mailings, e-mail communication, unofficial and official visits, travel scheduling, equipment inventory, social media, etc. The Assistant Coach also has recruiting responsibilities to identify, encourage and evaluate application and acceptance of student athletes at UNC Asheville in accordance with the Big South Conference the NCAA and University policies as assigned by the head coach. |
