An established industry player is seeking a dynamic Assistant Men’s Basketball Coach to join their team. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Assistant Men’s Basketball Coach. The Assistant Coach will work closely with the New Head Coach to implement strategies for a winning program as well as build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including alumni, boosters, and community members.
The Assistant Coach plays a pivotal role in the program by being responsible for identifying, recruiting, retaining, and developing talented student-athletes to contribute to the success of the USU Men’s Basketball program. The Assistant Coach must maintain discipline, conduct, and image standards for student-athletes, ensuring they represent USU with pride.
This position will collaborate with the Head Coach to ensure compliance with NCAA policies and regulations, serve as a liaison within the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics and engage with the Cache Valley and Utah State University communities, as well as participate in activities beyond the Men’s Basketball program, contributing to the overall success and reputation of USU Athletics.
