Job Title: Assistant, Marketing & Digital (Warner Records)

A little bit about our team: The Marketing & Digital department at Warner Records oversees all facets of Artist Marketing and Audience Development across a diverse roster of emerging talent and global superstars. Our primary focuses include architecting culturally resonant marketing strategies, crafting bold artist storytelling, and executing high-impact digital and viral campaigns. From initial signing through major worldwide releases, we develop data-informed marketing and creative strategies that elevate artist vision, drive commercial success, and build global fandom.

Your role:

As the Assistant to the Head of Marketing & Digital, you will serve as the operational backbone of the department—supporting executive leadership while gaining direct, hands‑on exposure to high-level music marketing, digital strategy, and campaign execution. In this role, you will act as a central connective point between executive leadership, cross-functional label teams, artist managers, and external partners. You’ll be joining a passionate, fast‑paced team dedicated to driving culture, innovating in the digital space, and building long‑term, successful careers for world‑class artists.

Here you’ll get to:
  • Administrative tasks including, but not limited to scheduling internal and external meetings, submitting expense reports, coordinating travel, ordering office supplies, conducting mailings, and handling multiple executive's calendars
  • Collate artist budget requests on a weekly basis
  • Actively attend meetings, take notes, and prepare materials to circulate to the team before and after meetings
  • Assist in the development and execution of artist marketing plans by participating in meetings, creating artist pitch decks, and communicating with all respective departments
  • Develop & distribute competitive research decks analyzing successful strategies across the industry
  • Coordinate needs for label-wide meetings as needed
About you:
  • Unwavering dedication, strong personal initiative, and the resilience to deliver high‑quality work under tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
  • Expert knowledge of Mac OS, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), etc.
  • Advanced deck‑building skills using Canva, Keynote, PowerPoint, or Google Slides
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication capabilities with a high degree of discretion
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
  • Efficient online research skills with the ability to synthesize data into clear, actionable insights
We’d love it if you also had:
  • A deep hunger to learn the overall operations of a major record label and a passion for music, culture, and digital marketing
  • A confident, reliable, and professional demeanor, with a strong sense of urgency when handling time‑sensitive requests
  • Meticulous organizational habits - nothing slips through the cracks on your watch
  • A self‑starter attitude with the initiative to anticipate needs before they arise
