Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High school Diploma or GED and 1+ years of related experience; or equivalent.
• Prerequisite experience as a meatcutter, apprentice, and/or manager trainee preferred.
• Food Handler certification required.
• Manager Food Safety certification required.

Responsibilities

• Keep market and seafood cases full, rotated, and fresh.
• Cut, weigh, package, and label products as needed.
• Train and develop partners; assist with scheduling and directing work.
• Review historical data on sales, ads, and promotions; manage inventory and in-stock levels.
• Support safety, quality, and productivity standards; ensure proper labeling and stock rotation.
