Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Food Handler certification required.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Process meat by removing fat, tenderizing, grinding, and/or cutting to proper thickness and size.
• Cuts, weighs, packages, and labels product.
• Operates machinery and ensures proper function; monitors safety.
• Provides friendly and customer service-oriented attitude by greeting customers and fulfilling special cuts.
• Maintains clean, safe, and sanitary working area and follows safety procedures.
• Adheres to governmental product origin labeling and quality standards.
