Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking a Service Team Leader in New York for in-person leadership of a Go Greek Yogurt service team. You will coach and develop staff, ensure high standards of service, and enforce food safety plus budgeting controls.

The role emphasizes cost management, staffing, and sales-driven local marketing. Three to four years in quick service operations and strong leadership are required; experience with HR processes and local marketing will help you succeed in this fast-growing

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in quick service restaurant operations.
• Strong supervision and leadership skills.
