Open availability is required, including weekends and holidays. The role offers weekly pay, a $1000 sign-on bonus after 6 months, and opportunities to advance into store management.

Qualifications

• Open availability to work weekends and holidays, and likely second or third shifts.
• Must have a valid driver's license, own vehicle, and proof of insurance for deposits.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Fluent English and basic math skills.
• Food Safety Certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager with day-to-day operations.
• Operate the register, assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing customer-service team.
• Act as manager when the Store Manager is off duty.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep shelves stocked.
• Maintain a clean store and pump area, manage team schedules.
• Oversee cash handling, deposits, and store financials.
• Provide leadership that motivates the team to excel.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
