Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate a Panda Express store, lead a team, and help deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will participate in a multi-week leadership training program designed to prepare you for advancement within the company.

The role includes hiring, directing, and coaching team members to meet financial targets while ensuring quality service, with opportunities for growth and career development within Panda’s large restaurant network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store and supervise associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Hire, manage and direct of associates to deliver exceptional experiences and store performance.
• Participate in Panda leadership training program to prepare for management responsibilities.
