Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate a single Panda Express store and lead a team to deliver great guest experiences. You will hire, coach, and direct associates while pursuing store financial goals.

We provide a multi-week store leadership training program to prepare you for success, with ongoing development and opportunities for growth into management roles. Comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

High school diploma required.
Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store.
Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
Participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
