Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a single Panda Express store. You will hire, train and direct associates to hit financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

A 3+ week leadership training program will prepare you for success. The role offers paid training, strong benefits, and opportunities for growth into management positions within a supportive Panda community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store, hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide leadership training through a 3+ week program to prepare for success.
• Lead daily store activities and ensure quality service and safety standards.
