Strong interpersonal skills and flexibility are essential for this role. You will contribute to achieving financial goals while maintaining our high standards for service and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50‑mile radius.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of a single store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest experiences.
• Provide leadership training and development through a 3+ week store leadership program.
