Panda Restaurant Group is hiring an Assistant Manager for a Panda Express store in Reno. You will oversee daily operations, hire and supervise associates, and drive guest satisfaction while working toward financial goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store and lead associates to meet goals.
• Participate in a 3+ week leadership training program to prepare for store leadership.
• Support guest services to ensure exceptional experiences and drive store performance.
