Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Store Assistant Manager to oversee a single Panda Express location. You will hire, coach and supervise team members to achieve guest satisfaction and financial goals, supported by a 3+ week leadership training program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Food safety certification (Serve Safe) preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express location.
• Hire, coach and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest-experience standards.
