Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a single Panda Express store, driving financial goals and guest satisfaction. A 3+ week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success, with mentorship and Panda community support.

You will hire, manage and direct associates, ensuring smooth operations and strong guest service, in a fast-paced setting that values teamwork and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be able to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• ServSafe certified for food safety.

Responsabilités

• Assist the operation of a single store and manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a Leadership Training program for store management.
