Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Reno, NV. You will be responsible for the operation of a single store, including hiring, coaching, and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

We provide an 8+ week leadership training program to prepare you for success, plus a comprehensive benefits package including meals, health coverage, a 401(k) with match, PTO and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Serve Safe certification preferred.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest expectations.
• Lead and participate in an 8+ week leadership training program.
• Ensure food safety and quality standards.
• Open and close shifts as needed.
