The position offers $14.00–$16.00 per hour, full-time hours, and opportunities for advancement within the store network. Expect responsibilities such as training staff, managing schedules, and ensuring a clean, efficient store environment.

Qualifications

• Open availability including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Able to perform restroom cleaning and outdoor maintenance.
• Minimum age 21+.
• Proficient English with basic math; willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep the store fully stocked.
• Maintain a clean store including restrooms, trash areas, and fuel pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules to ensure full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling, deposits, and oversee store financials.
• Provide feedback and leadership that motivates your team to excel.
• Other duties as assigned.
